Hamilton Russell 2021 Chardonnay is a classic South African Chardonnay crafted from grapes grown in the cool-climate Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, near the Atlantic Ocean. It offers a complex nose of dried flowers, white peach, and citrus zest, and a rich, elegant palate of melon, honey and lemon flavours, perfectly balanced by crisp minerality. Pairs great with lobster bisque or a garden vegetable frittata.
