Rob Hennig

Rob Hennig will never forget the bottle of 1986 Mouton Rothschild he enjoyed with dinner among family. According to Rob, the wine’s excellence was impossible to ignore, and he was instantly inspired to begin his own quest for wines of the highest quality.  

Rob was first exposed to Napa and its magnificent diversity of wines when he moved from Michigan to California to attend college at UC Berkely. While he’s since graduated with a Ph.D. and now practices law in Los Angeles, Rob still tries to get back to Napa as often as he can. In addition to being a perfect environment for the production of wine, Napa is, according to Rob, “a truly cultural experience, and a place where wine becomes more than just a simple pleasure, but also a way to experience life at its best.”

In his role at Five Star Wines, Rob organizes operations and works to expand the company’s inventory,  which offers some of the finest wines from around the world. He works collaboratively with Nino to ensure that each client receives individualized recommendations tailored to their particular palette.
